I have type 2 diabetes and when I bake I have been using fructose as my sweetener.
How can I use Xylitol in my baking?

You can substitute xylitol for sugar with a 1:1 ratio. We have heard from several folks that they cut back the amount of xylitol a bit, depending on personal tastes (3/4 cup of xylitol in place of 1 cup of sugar seems to be a good amount). It cooks very well and still tastes great! Thank you for asking!
